We’ll provide personalized learning pathways to boost your skills. This include recommending online or offline courses, or even connecting you with volunteer/internship opportunities that offer valuable hands-on experience.
Example:- If you are looking at nursing as a career, you could volunteer or work in healthcare or home care. This will help build experience working with people in care.
Types of skills
Employers look for a mix of :
● Hard Skills : These are specific abilities directly related to a particular job. You might
learn them through formal training or on-the-job experience. Examples include coding,
graphic designing etc.
● Soft Skills : These are transferable skills that you can use in many different jobs.
Examples include teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
